Inspired by the Italian Riviera and the historic Meatpacking District, where some of Manhattan’s first farmers’ markets once stood, Santina’s light coastal Italian menu highlights vegetable, fish and seafood, as well as the finest seasonal ingredients with bright and refreshing flavors. Signature dishes like Cecina (Italian chickpea pancake), Squash Carpaccio, and Lobster Fettuccine integrate traditional coastal Italian cuisine with modern culinary influences. Santina’s kitchen is at the helm of Ashley Eddie, a Crown Heights native.
Santina’s beverage program features refreshing cocktails such as the View from Positano, Negroni Classico and Aperol Spritz. It also boasts of a wine list curated by John Slover, a renowned sommelier and Beverage Director of Major Food Group who previously worked at Blue Hill and Cru.
